There will be a time stipulation on making the appointment for the work, all entries must be made by no later then midnight on the 29th of each month.
must be 18 years or older to win, if you are a winner and are found to be under 18 you forfeit your ink and it will be given to another entry. 
All Tattoo and piercing work is By Appoinment only, no walk Ins.
